Diarrhea~

thanks to this fresh yogurt, it got me diarrhea for 5 days straight! I was feeling fatigue, dehydrated, hungry and due to all the food being flushed out, i got gastric too! It was killing me softly on the inside and i hesitated to visit the doctor.

I had issues with visiting doctors. Probably was the medicine that after i consume, i will vomit- not sure why. Or i just don't like the smell of a clinic and the cold stethoscope placed on my chest! And of course, weirdest of all, to visit someone, i have to pay! I'm lack of cash, no way I'm going to fork out money for some measly stuff.

However, my friend took this and said he was fine eating them. Guess i am lactose intolerate and also allergic to live bacteria. :| Glad is over now and i can eat normally again :)
